Seared Asian Soy Ginger Salmon

  • 1 to 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 scallions sliced (split)
  • Ground pepper to taste
  1. To make the marinate place soy, honey and ginger in a bowl. Mix well. Add scallions and ground pepper. Slide the fillets of fish into the marinate. Allow to rest for 30 minutes prior to grilling. Turn grill on medium high heat. Spray grill with oil and put fish on grill flesh side down. Cook until fish becomes opaque. Flip the fish and cook for 3-4 more minutes.
