Greek Style Rotisserie Chicken

  • 1 whole bird
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mince garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  1. Take a medium size chicken and rinse well. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel. In a bowl mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped oregano, lemon zest and paprika with juice of one lemon. Pour mix over the bird and rub throughout. Load onto the rotisserie rod and cook over medium heat until bird reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove from rod and allow to rest 10 minutes before carving
