We used our TEC Grill to prepare Grilled Lamb Chops for friends and family last weekend. It was delicious! The meat was perfectly cooked. It was tender and juicy with a crispy crust. We can’t wait to use our TEC Grill again this weekend. Thank you!
Grilled Rack of Lamb

- 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Coarse sea salt
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 rack of lamb
Instructions
- In a food processor fitted with a metal blade add the garlic, rosemary, thyme, cayenne, and salt. Pulse until combined.
- Pour in olive oil and pulse into a paste.
- Rub the paste on both sides of the rack of lamb and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Remove from refrigerator and allow the rack of lamb to come to room temperature; it will take about 20 minutes.
- Heat grill to high heat , add the rack of lam. Cook for 4-5 1/2 minutes on each side.
